House Rules

• Respect the neighbors trying to not make excessive noise between 10pm and 9am.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Animals are not admitted.
• Trash should be taken off the house when you leave
• Please try to leave the house as you found it.
• Smoking is not allowed in the house.
• Do not throw trash in the toilet.
• Leave the dishes washed. 
• Do not forget to turn off the heaters, lamps and TV before leaving the house 
• Relax and enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
• Do not hesitate to contact us whenever you need!

Guests are responsible for partial or total damages on the property and for all objects, furniture and utensils made available for use on the property.

It is the sole responsibility of the guests to safeguard their belongings, the owners are not responsible for any damages or thefts occurring in the dwelling.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in from 4pm.
• Check-out until 10am.

(*) Possibility of alteration (early check-in and / or late check-out depending on previous and future reservations, upon completion of house cleaning, ensuring all hygiene rules)

Mandatory use of a mask at check-in and whenever walking in common areas.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

1- To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the value of the stay will have to be made

The. This 25% will only be returned for cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date. B. In case of cancellations on dates less than 30 days before the arrival, the amount will not be refunded
